📖 Ordering Process
Q: How do I place an order?
Ordering your Souvenair Photobook is quick and simple:
Step 1: Purchase Your Photobook
Select your preferred photobook size and options, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You may pay via GCash, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
Step 2: Submit Your Photos and Videos
After checkout, you’ll be redirected to our Order Submission Page. Here, simply paste your Google Drive or Dropbox file links (make sure they are set to “Anyone with the link can view”).
Step 3: Receive Your Photobook
Once your layout is approved, our printing partner will print, bind, and ship your photobook straight to your doorstep.

Q: What sizes of photobooks do you offer?
We offer various sizes, including square, portrait, and landscape formats. Choose the one that best fits your photos and story.
Q: What’s the best photo quality to send?
As long as your files meet our minimum requirement of 300 DPI, you can expect sharp and high-quality prints. Please avoid sending screenshots, low-resolution, or blurry images to ensure the best results.
Q: How many photos can I include?
It depends on the number of pages you select:
20 pages: about 40–75 photos

Q: Can I include captions or messages in the photobook?
Yes! You can personalize your photobook by adding titles, quotes, or short captions. Just include them in the order form or send us a message with your instructions.
Q: Can I add videos to my photobook?
Yes! With our QR code feature, you can include videos in your photobook. Just scan the bright blue QR code printed inside your photobook to watch your memories online.
Q: How long will my QR code last?
Choose from yearly, 3-year, 7-year, or 10-year access, with an option to re-subscribe when it expires.
Q: Can you edit my photos or videos?
No — we do not alter your files. We design your photobook layout exactly as you send your photos and videos.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does it take to receive my photobook?
After printing, your order is carefully packed and shipped.
Standard Delivery takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
- Premium Express takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Super Rush takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We’ll send your tracking number via email once dispatched.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all regular photobooks. Standard shipping fees apply to bulk orders and special deals.
📩 AFTER SALES / ISSUES
Q: What if I find an error in the layout?
We’ll send you a digital preview via email before printing. You’re entitled to 1–2 free rounds of revision edits to ensure everything’s just right before giving your final approval.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess the situation, and if the damage is confirmed to be on our end, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a refund.
