2. Orders

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received through one of our accepted payment methods (GCash, PayPal, or Credit/Debit Card).

  • After placing an order, you will be redirected to our submission page to upload your photos, videos, and proof of payment.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all information and files you provide are accurate, complete, and correct.


3. Payments

  • We accept payments via GCash, PayPal, and Credit/Debit Cards.

  • For GCash payments, customers must upload proof of payment to confirm their order.

  • For PayPal and card payments, transactions are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment credentials.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.


4. Photo & Video Submissions

  • By submitting photos, videos, or other materials, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.

  • You grant us permission to use your submitted files strictly for the purpose of creating your photobook.

  • We will not use your files for any other purpose, nor share them with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order.


5. Processing & Delivery

  • Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the order details, volume, and courier services.

  • We will notify you of estimated delivery times, but delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control.


6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

  • If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us before we begin processing your photos/videos.

  • In cases of defective products (e.g., damaged items upon delivery), please contact us within 24 hours with photo proof for review.


7. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing high-quality photos and videos. The final print quality will depend on the quality of files submitted.

  • Souvenair is not responsible for errors, low-resolution prints, or incorrect information provided by the client.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Souvenair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased.


9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and protect your personal data.
