We want you to love your photobook – every memory matters. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it better.
Can I return or replace my order?
Because each product is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been approved and sent for printing.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.
What qualifies for a replacement?
You may request a replacement if:
The product was damaged during shipping
You received the wrong product or size
There are major printing issues (blurry layout, cut-off pages, etc.) that were not part of your approved layout
✅ Proof is required: Please send us clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
What doesn’t qualify?
We do not offer replacements for:
Typos or errors in captions after you approved the layout
Low-quality or pixelated photos submitted by the client
Color variation due to screen vs. print difference
Delays caused by courier services or force majeure
How long do I have to report an issue?
